Company Background

Takara Industries started as a proprietorship by YEE CHING THAI in 1985 engaged in the manufacture of motorcycle parts like engine gaskets, mudguards, brackets for after sales market. Sales for motorcycle parts has been growing ever since and from a small beginning as a backyard industry the operation now has expanded into a multi-million dollar enterprise.

YEE CHING THAI together with his other family members formed Takara Precision Industries Sdn. Bhd., on 13th September, 1994 to takeover the proprietor business.

Factory Location

The Company has built a new factory at the Lumut Port Industry Area just 300 metres away from the Lumut Port. The factory building has built up area of 26,000 sq. ft. erected on the industrial land in area 4,500 acres with ample space for future expansion.
